My name is Mark and I have a form of Intestinal Bowel Disease (IBD) called Crohn’s Disease and insulin-dependant Type-2 (T2D) diabetes. I admit, I have had struggles with my diseases and have thrown my arms up on more than one occasion asking, “How the feck I drew such a short straw with life?”. However, I have also used Crohnic Disease to motivate me to be a better version of myself.
